Fall Branded Content Intern

Location:  Los Angeles, CA (On-site at 11355 W Olympic Boulevard)

Type: Full-time (32 hours/week, Monday–Thursday)

Duration: 12 weeks (Fall 2025)

Compensation: Paid Internship

About the Role: Billboard is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented intern to join our Branded Content team. This internship offers exposure to the business side of the music media industry, working closely with our events, video, and branded partnerships teams. You’ll gain insight into how Billboard develops and activates integrated marketing campaigns, while supporting the creation and execution of high-profile client programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of branded content programs across events, video, and social platforms.

  • Support the creation of timelines, content calendars, and deliverable trackers for client campaigns.

  • Help prepare pitch decks, recap reports, and client-facing presentations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (editorial, social, production, events) to ensure campaigns run smoothly.

  • Research industry trends, audience insights, and competitive campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, branded content, or marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides).

  • Clear, professional communication skills — both written and verbal.

  • Interest in media, entertainment, or marketing preferred.
