GIRLS NIGHT
In 2026, Empower Campaign launched its Speaker Series, kicking off with the Girls Night event on March 1. Empower welcomed 70 high school girls for an evening designed to inspire connection and confidence. Guests enjoyed interactive activities, custom giveaways, delicious food, and an impactful keynote and workshop from Chelsey Goodan on choosing your own story. Girls had the opportunity to reflect, share their experiences, and challenge the labels often placed on them. The evening also featured a surprise performance by Megan Moroney. Each attendee left with a signed copy of Chelsey’s book and Empower-themed gifts, making it a meaningful and memorable night for everyone involved.
COUNTRY MUSIC AWARDS
In November 2025, Empower Campaign sponsored a student red carpet activation at the CMA Awards in Nashville, Tennessee, giving selected students a unique experience at one of country music’s biggest nights. Two student hosts interviewed attendees and nominees on the red carpet, while a team of high school students led the video and audio production for the activation. The experience provided hands-on exposure to the fast-paced world of live entertainment and media.
GALVANIZE RADIO SHOW
In 2022, Empower Campaign teamed up with GALVANIZE, an organization created in response to the lack of females in the sportscasting industry that helps teach women with bootcamps, workshops and personal coaching. Together, the two organizations gave women the opportunity for real life experience and engagement with athletes at the 2023 Super Bowl Radio Row event. This Radio Row activation provided young, aspiring female reporters unprecedented access and opportunity to interview notable people in the sports industry.
GALVANIZE SEMINAR
Empower Campaign also funded the inaugural GALVANIZE Seminar, an all day event for over 70 women. This seminar brought together women from all over the country to build confidence, be vulnerable, and make new connections. This event included a songwriting session where women had the opportunity to share their stories through song. Women had the opportunity to hear from speakers including NFL on FOX sideline reporter Pam Oliver, and the NFL's Senior Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Sam Rapoport.
RX3 TOURNAMENT
Empower Campaign supported a GALvanize team at the RX3 Charity Flag Football Tournament, helping to raise $1.5 million for the event. The event partners with NFL quarterbacks, and each team represents a charity that receives a portion of funds raised. Empower Campaign brought GALvanize alongside them for the event. This support allowed young, female professionals working in the sports industry a unique experience to interview NFL quarterbacks such as Josh Allen, Sam Darnold, Desmond Ridder, Dorian Thompson-Robinson, Will Levis, Kyle Allen, Max Duggan, Matt Leinart and Jared Goff.
