Interior Design Intern

Location: Hybrid / Local to Orange County, CA (occasional in-person errands or vendor pick-ups)

Type: Paid Internship – Part-time (15-20 hours/week)

Duration: 15 Weeks

We’re looking for a creative and organized Interior Design Intern to join our team. If you're passionate about interiors, materials, and storytelling through design—and you're eager to get hands-on experience with real projects—this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

Studio & Project Support

  • Organize material and finish samples

  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of design concepts, mood boards, and visual materials for client presentations

  • Support occasional studio errands and vendor pick-ups (if local)

Design Documentation

  • Help maintain and update FF&E logs and design boards

  • Assist in creating spec books and sample libraries

  • Research vendors, brands, and current design trends

  • Prepare and maintain project files, specifications, and documentation

  • Assist in sourcing materials, finishes, and furnishings for various design projects

Studio Organization

  • Contribute to a creative, tidy studio environment

  • Help during install days and photoshoots as needed

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Capture behind-the-scenes content for Instagram and Pinterest

  • Assist with short-form video content and reels

  • Schedule posts and engage with our online community

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of an Interior Design, Architecture, or related program

  • Proficient in Canva and Google Workspace

  • Strong eye for design, color, and visual storytelling

  • Passionate about interiors and materials

  • Familiar with Instagram and Pinterest trends

  • Comfortable capturing and creating video content

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a self-starter

  • Reliable transportation to travel for studio errands
