About the RX3 Foundation: The RX3 Foundation is a purpose-driven nonprofit organization that brings together athletes, brands, and communities to create meaningful philanthropic impact. Through marquee events and experiences—such as the RX3 Charity Flag Football Tournament featuring NFL stars and community members—we raise critical funds and awareness for under-resourced charities.

As we expand our reach and operational structure, we’re looking for a highly organized, motivated, and personable intern to support the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy of the Foundation.

Internship Summary: The RX3 Foundation Intern will play a critical role in supporting the organizational infrastructure and execution of high-profile charitable initiatives. This role will involve hands-on exposure to nonprofit operations, event logistics, talent relations, and brand engagement. It is a unique opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team and gain meaningful experience in the philanthropic and sports-entertainment space.

  • Own Foundation administrative tasks including, but not limited to, coordinating and scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, sending comprehensive follow-ups, data entry and record organization and maintenance, handling mailing and other logistics.

  • Support the planning and production of Foundation-led events, including venue logistics, run-of-show, sponsorship tracking and stakeholder coordination.

  • Lead the creation, setup, and execution of all online auction efforts, including item sourcing, content creation, platform management, and post-event follow-up.

  • Serve as a liaison for VIP guests, handling logistics such as flight bookings, hotel accommodations, transportation coordination, and on-site hospitality.

  • Support outreach efforts to potential brand and corporate sponsors, including building and maintaining an ideal sponsor list, developing a contact database and helping craft outreach and partnership proposals.

  • Help prepare for events through drafting marketing emails and assisting with design projects.

  • Lead community outreach efforts to sell-out general admission event tickets.

  • Develop and manage a Foundation social media content calendar (for staff review), support and promote regular engagement with network partners and the RX3 Foundation charity community.

  • Assist in the maintenance of the newly-launched RX3 Foundation website, ensuring event sponsors, partners and charities accurately reflect status updates.

  • Provide occasional assistance with RX3 office maintenance, including supplying beverages for meeting attendees, ordering supplies and replenishing office snacks/drinks
